Analysis and Quality Evaluation of 16 Inorganic Elements in Sanqi Xueshangning Powder Based on ICP-MS
To analyze the inorganic elements composition in Sanqi Xueshangning powder(SQXSNP)by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometer(ICP-MS)method,establish the fingerprint of inorganic elements,and provide the research basis for the quality uniformity and safety evaluation.Nitric acid was used as the digestion reagent,the content of inorganic elements was determined by ICP-MS.The results were analyzed by Heatmaps and Pearson correlations.The qualityuniformity was evaluated by cluster analysis and principal components analysis(PCA)for different batches of SQXSNP.The main inorganic elements in SQXSNP included Mg,Fe,Al,Zn and Mn,and there was a certain correlation among different elements.The content of 2 heavy metal elements,including Cu,As,were below the limit of heavy metals and harmful elements.Different batches of samples had similar peak shape,and the content of inorganic elements content in different orders tended to be consistent.The results of fingerprint similarity,cluster analysis,and PCA showed that the inorganic elements showed good qual-ity uniformity,and Li,K,Fe,Mg,V,Ni,and Sr might be the characteristic elements in SQXSNP.The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the determination of 16 trace elements in SQXSNP in this study.Which provides a theoretical basis for quality assessment and comprehensive utilization of SQXSNP.
