人参皂苷CK美容护肤作用及机制研究进展

摘要
人参(Panaxginseng C.A.Mey.)具有重要的药用和保健价值,在我国已有几千年的应用历史,尤其在美容护肤方面的应用非常盛行.目前,人参已成为化妆品原料中非常重要的抗衰老、美白和嫩肤的成分之一.近年来,在一些国内和国际化妆品品牌产品中被广泛应用.本文总结人参中的20(S)原人参二醇-20-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Compound K,CK)这一成分在皮肤方面的应用,并综述了CK在美容护肤方面的作用及机制.CK是一种由二醇型人参皂苷生物转化而来的脱糖代谢物,比其母体人参皂苷具有更高的生物利用度及溶解性,更容易被人体吸收,近年来备受关注.研究发现,CK具有光保护、抗衰老、保湿和抗炎等多种美容护肤方面的作用.目前的研究主要集中于CK在抗癌中的应用机制,然而,在皮肤美容护肤方面的研究相对较少.本文总结了 CK在护肤方面的作用,并重点阐释了 CK护肤的分子机制,如抗紫外线辐射机制、抗衰老和保湿机制以及抗炎机制,可为今后CK在美容护肤领域中更深层次的研究及开发提供参考.
Abstract
Ginseng(Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.)has been widely used in China for thousands of years because of its superior medicinal and health care value,especially in beauty and skin care.At present,it has become one of the most important anti-aging,whitening and skin-re-juvenating ingredients in cosmetic raw materials in China and even in the world,and has been widely used in some international cosmetic brands in recent years.To explore the application of 20(S)protopanaxadiol-20 murine O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Compound K,CK)in gin-seng in recent years,the function and mechanism of CK in cosmetology and skin care in recent years were reviewed.CK has attracted much attention because it is a deglycemic metabolite derived from diol ginsenosides,which has higher bioavailability and solubility than its parent ginsenosides,and is easier to be absorbed by human body.It is found that CK has many functions of beauty and skin care,such as light pro-tection,anti-aging,moisturizing,anti-inflammation and so on.At present the research mainly focuses on the application mechanism of CK in ant-cancer,however,there are relatively few researches on skin beauty and care.This study summarizes the funtion of CK in skin care,and focuses on the molecular mechanism of CK skin care.This paper intends to provide a reference basis for the further research and devel-opment of CK in the field of beauty and skin care in the future.
