植物光自养微繁殖技术的发展及应用

植物光自养微繁殖技术以CO2作为碳源,通过对影响试管苗生长发育的环境因子来调控优质种苗的快速生产,是组织培养的创新发展技术,可克服传统组培苗生根质量差、移栽成活率低等问题.本文系统综述了国内外光自养微繁殖技术的产生和发展,重点介绍微环境因子的调控以及监控系统的开发应用,并对该技术的未来发展提出展望,以期为我国药用植物种苗产业的发展和植物分子育种提供理论和方法基础.
Development and Application of Photoautotrophic Micropropagation in Plants
Plant photoautotrophic micropropagation is a technique that takes CO2 as carbon source,and achieve the rapid production of high-quality seedlings by regulating the environmental factors that affect the growth and development of invitro seedlings.The technology is an innovative development of tissue culture,which effectively overcomes the problems of poor rooting quality and low survival rate of tradi-tional tissue culture seedlings.In this paper,the generation and development of photoautotrophic micropropagation technique at home and abroad are systematically reviewed,with emphasized on the research progress of photoautotrophic microenvironment control and the devel-opment of monitoring system,and in the meantime,the future development of this technology is also prospected,in order to provide the fun-damentals of theory and methodology for the development of seedling industry and plant molecular breeding in China.
