Analysis of Metabolites of Trichoderma Against Sclerotinia Asari and Screening of Bacteriostatic Substances
The metabolites of two strains of Trichoderma asarum antagonizing Sclerotinia Asari and their antibacterial substances were screened to reveal the antibacterial substance basis of Trichoderma asarum strain with antagonistic effect on Sclerotinia Asari. The growth rate method was used to determine the bacteriostatic effect of two Trichoderma strains, and the bacteriostatic activity of metabolites of two Trichoderma strains(dilution method)was determined. The metabolites of Trichoderma were detected using LC-MS,and the bacteriostatic components were screened in the signaling pathway and the bacteriostatic effects were detected by dilution method.Among the isolates of Trichoderma, the inhibition rates of T.hamatum A26 and T.koningiopsis B30 were 77.22%±0.06%and 82.28%±0.03%,respectively.The inhibitory rates of n-butanol extract were 100%and ethyl acetate extract separately were 94.19%and 90.31%of 5 mg/mL of T.hamatum A26 and T.koningiopsis B30.In the n-butanol extract, methyleugenol and avermectin at concentrations ≥ 300 μg/mL could completely in-hibit the growth of Sclerotinia asari, while minocycline, erythromycin and docosanic acid at concentrations ≥500 μg/mL could completely inhibit the growth of Sclerotinia Asari. The n-butanol extract from the fermentation broth of Trichoderma uncinatus A26 and Trichoderma pseudokangae B30 at a concentration of 5 mg/mL could completely inhibit the growth of Sclerotinia Asari.Their n-butanol extracts contain abundant antibacterial substances, among which methyl eugenol, avermectin, minocycline, erythromycin and docosanic acid have outstand-ing inhibitory effects on Sclerotinia Asari, and are valuable for development and utilization.
