The Strategic Choice of Digital Transformation Development of Weihai FIG Industry
Digital economic development plays a positive role in promoting rural industrial revitalization.Taking the FIG industry in Weihai as an example,PEST and SWOT analysis were carried out on the digital transformation of FIG industry,and constructs a PEST-SWOT ma-trix model based on this.This paper proposes optimized strategies for the digital transformation of the Weihai FIG industry:In terms of poli-tics,improve market supervision and promote industrial linkage;on the economic front,guide capital investment and develop inclusive fi-nance;in the social aspect,enhance digital literacy and cultivate professional talents;in terms of technology,explore deep processing and strengthen technology research.This study not only analyzes the external environment faced by the Weihai FIG industry,but also explores its internal resources and situation,which is conducive to promoting the comprehensive integration of rural industries and the digital econ-omy,thereby promoting the sustained and sound development of rural industries and contributing to the realization of the great goal of rural revitalization.
