Research and Practice on the Innovation Training Models of Professional Degree Graduates in the Animal Husbandry—Take Jilin Agricultural Uni-versity as an Example
The cultivation of animal husbandry professionals is very important in the strategy of rural revitalization.How to cultivate a group of professional talents with solid theoretical knowledge and excellent practical skills is the historical mission of agriculture-related colleges and universities.This paper takes the innovative training mode of graduate students majoring in animal husbandry of Jilin Agricultural Uni-versity as an example,analyzes the key points such as the recruitment system,training objectives,training programs and graduation results through the two core entry points of students and supervisors,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the problems existing in the process of practical reform.Through the exploration and practice of the innovative training mode,the training quality will be further improved,and providing a theoretical basis for the new concept of animal husbandry graduate education,as well as providing quality assurance for the tra-ining of excellent animal husbandry talents.
