The HPLC-UV Method Simultaneously Determined the Five Components in ChixueKangmai Capsules
The purpose of this study was to establish an HPLC-UV method to simultaneously determine the contents of paeoniflorin,cal-ycosin-7-glucoside,β-ecdysterone,ferulic acid and lobetyolin in ChixueKangmai capsules.The chromatographic separation of HPLC meth-od was achieved on a C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)with acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mLmin-1 for gradient elution.The detection wavelength was 268 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃ for analysis.The re-sults showed that the five chemical components showed good linear relationships within their respective ranges(r>0.999 5),the RSD of precision,stability and repeatability were less than 2.0%,and the average sample recovery rate of 99.35%to 101.59%and an RSD of 0.95%to 2.69%.The methed is ideal for simultaneous assessment of the contents of five components in the ChixueKangmai capsules and is straight-forward,dependable,reproducible,and simple to use.
