蜘蛛香的主要药效物质、药理作用和临床应用研究进展

摘要
蜘蛛香药效物质主要包括全草粗提取物、环烯醚萜类、挥发油、木脂素、有机酸、黄酮及甾醇等,其在抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化、抗焦虑、抗抑郁、改善胃肠道功能和改善脊髓损伤等方面发挥不同作用.本文整理近年来蜘蛛香的相关研究成果,以其主要药效物质为分类依据,分析、总结不同物质在疾病治疗中的作用机制,综述蜘蛛香作为中药材在临床应用和开发利用情况.
Abstract
The pharmacodynamic substances of Valeriana jatamansi Jones.mainly include the crude extract of the whole herb,iridoids,vol-atile oils,lignans,organic acids,flavonoids and sterols,they exert different advantages in anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,anti-anxiety and depression,improvement of gastrointestinal function and improvement of spinal cord injury.This study collates the relevant re-search results of Valeriana jatamansi Jones.In recent years,the mechanism of action of different substances in the treatment of diseases was analyzed and synthesized based on the classification of its main medicinal substances,and illustrate the clinical application and development and utilization of Valeriana jatamansi Jones.in recent years.
