翼核果属植物的化学成分及药理活性研究进展

本文综述了翼核果属植物的化学成分及药理活性研究进展.检索查阅翼核果及其同属植物相关的中外文文献,对其品种来源、化学成分、药理活性的研究进展进行综述.目前已发现的翼核果属植物有17种,主要分布于东南亚地区以及中国的广东、广西和云南等地区,翼核果属植物主要含醌类和黄酮类成分,具有抗肿瘤、细胞毒性、抗菌、抗炎、抗糖尿病、降血脂、保肝、抗氧化等药理活性,其中翼核果属植物中翼核果素、翼核果醌-Ⅰ成分为少见的母核结构,具有较好的研究开发潜力.本文可为翼核果属植物特别是紫九牛的药效开发提供理论参考和研究依据.
Research Progress on Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Activi-ties of Plants from Ventilagoplants
To review the research progress on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of plants fromVentilago.Sea-rchedChinese and foreign literatures related to Ventilago Leiocarpa and their genera,and reviewthe research progress of their variety sour-ces,chemical constituents and pharmacological activities.There were 17 species of Veentilago plants,mainly distributed in Southeast Asia of the world and Guangdong,Guangxi and Yunnan provinces in China.The plants of Ventilago mainly contain quinones and flavonoids,which have pharmacological activities such as antitumor,cytotoxicity,antimicrobial,anti-inflammation,antidiabetic,hypolipidemic,liver protection and antioxidant.In the genus of Ventilago plants,ventilagolin and Ventiloquinone I are infrequent parent nucleus structures and have good potential for research and development.This study can provide theoretical reference and research basis for the development of medicinal effect of Ventilago plants,especially Ventilago Leiocarpa.
