天麻分析鉴别方法研究现状及新技术挖掘

摘要
天麻是我国四大名贵中药材之一,含有天麻素、对羟基苯甲醇和天麻多糖等主要成分,具有多种药理活性.近年来,有关天麻真伪鉴别、产地鉴别和含量测定的相关报道对于天麻的功效研究具有重要的指导意义.在综述天麻真伪鉴别、产地鉴别和含量测定研究的基础上,引入了一种新技术、新方法-高光谱成像技术,以期为在贵细中药材天麻的无损、原位、快速检测方面提供新思路和建议.
Abstract
Gastrodia elata is one of the four famous and precious traditional Chinese medicinal materials in China,which contains the main components such as gastrodin,p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol,and gastrodia polysaccharide,and has a variety of pharmacological activities.In recent years,relevant reports on the authenticity identification,origin identification,and content determination of Gastrodia elata have im-portant guiding significance for the efficacy research of Gastrodia elata.Based on a review of the research on authenticity identification,origin identification,and content determination of Gastrodia elata,this article introduces a new technology and method-hyperspectral ima-ging technology,with a view to providing new ideas and suggestions for the non-destructive,in situ,and rapid detection of Gastrodia elata,a precious traditional Chinese medicinal material.
