摘要
乡村振兴正处于全面推进的历史突破期,已取得了一些新进展和新成效.随着振兴工作的不断深入和推进,畜牧业作为产业振兴中重要的一部分,对于畜牧人才的迫切需求也愈加强烈.本文以畜牧专业研究生为切入点,探讨了在乡村振兴大背景下,研究生核心素养提升的必要性,培养路径及策略,并通过对创新培养模式的探究,进一步完善和提高培养质量,有利于培养研究生知农爱农情怀,为练就兴农本领打下坚实基础,助推乡村振兴高质量发展.
Abstract
Rural revitalization is undergoing a historical breakthrough with some new progress and achievements.As the work of revitaliza-tion continues to deepen and advance,the urgent demand for talent in the livestock industry which is an important part of industrial revital-ization,is increasingly becoming evident.This article takes postgraduate students majoring in animal husbandry as the starting point,explo-res the necessity of improving the core literacy of postgraduates under the background of rural revitalization,discusses the training paths and strategies,and,through the exploration of innovative training models,further improves and enhances the quality of education.This is conducive to instilling in postgraduates a love for agriculture,cultivating a solid foundation for mastering agricultural skills,and promoting high-quality development in rural revitalization.
