中药复杂成分分析是中医药研究中的关键环节,对于揭示中药药效物质基础、指导临床用药以及推动中药现代化进程具有重要意义。由于中药成分的多样性和复杂性,往往难以全面、准确地鉴定及完成其定量分析过程。近年来,多维色谱技术作为一种高效的分离分析手段,己用于中药复杂成分分析。该技术利用不同色谱模式的特点,实现对复杂样品的高分辨率分离,从而提高了中药成分分析的准确性和分析效率。本综述重点总结了多维色谱技术在中药复杂成分分析中的应用进展,包括色谱及多维色谱技术的概述、不同类型的多维色谱系统应用场景及优势、多维色谱技术在中药复杂成分分析的应用领域。同时,对多维色谱技术面临的挑战与解决方案进行了分析,并对未来的发展方向提出了展望。
Application Progress of Multidimensional Chromatography Technology in the Analysis of Complex Components of Traditional Chinese Medicine
The analysis of complex components of Chinese medicines is a key link in the research of Chinese medicine,which is of great significance in revealing the material basis of the efficacy of Chinese medicines,guiding the clinical use of medicines,and promoting the modernisation process of Chinese medicines.Due to the diversity and complexity of the components of traditional Chinese medicines,it is often difficult to comprehensively and accurately identify and complete the quantitative analysis process.In recent years,multidimensional chromatography has been used for the analysis of complex components of traditional Chinese medicines as a highly efficient means of sep-aration and analysis.The technique makes use of the characteristics of different chromatographic modes to achieve high-resolution separ-ation of complex samples,which improves the accuracy and analytical efficiency of the analysis of Chinese medicine components.This re-view focuses on summarising the progress of the application of multidimensional chromatography in the analysis of complex components of traditional Chinese medicine,including an overview of chromatography and multidimensional chromatography,the application scenarios and advantages of different types of multidimensional chromatography systems,and the application areas of multidimensional chromatogra-phy in the analysis of complex components of traditional Chinese medicine.Meanwhile,the challenges and solutions of multidimensional chromatography technology are analysed,and the future development direction is proposed.
