草业科学专业"绿茵计划"本科新生导师制实施成效分析

本科生导师制在我国高等教育发展和高校人才培养中扮演着重要角色,草业科学为小众专业,为探讨新生导师制是否能够提升草学专业学生的专业认知,促进其在学生学习、科研等方面的全面发展。以北京林业大学草业与草原学院三年间实施的新生导师制"绿茵计划"为案例,通过问卷调查,全面分析本科生新生导师制的实施效果。研究结果显示,本科新生特别重视导师的理解与尊重,而非导师的专业知识与能力;具体实施效果分析表明,本科新生在专业认知、学业、生活等方面从导师处获得的帮助较为显著,达到了预期目标,然而,在职业规划和心理帮扶方面,学生获得的帮助比预期低。"绿茵计划"新生导师制对草业科学专业新生的大学生活和学习等方面具有积极地促进作用,新生导师对学生的指导应更加注重情感关怀、心理引导和专业价值观培养。
Analysis on the Effectiveness of the Undergraduate Tutorial System for the"Green Seedling Project"in Grassland Science
The Undergraduate Tutorial System(UTS)plays an important role in the development of higher education and the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.Grassland science is a minor profession,in order to investigate whether the UTS can help students to im-prove their professional knowledge,and promote the overall development of study and scientific research,taking the'Green Seedling Pro-ject',a specified UTS in the school of grassland science,Beijing Forestry University,as a case study,we comprehensively analyzed the im-plementation effect of the UTS by setting up a survey questionnaire.The undergraduates particularly value their mentors'ability to under-stand and respect students rather than their professional knowledge and ability;the analysis of the specific implementation results shows that the help undergraduates received from their mentors in professional knowledge,academics,life and other aspects has achieved the expected goals,but the help they received in career planning and psychological support was lower than the students'expectations.The Green seeding Project',has a good effect on the university life and study of undergraduates majoring in grass science,and the guidance of mentors should be more focused on affectionate care,psychological guidance and professional value guidance for the undergraduates.
