人参属药用植物化感物质种类及其作用机制研究进展

人参属药用植物在栽培过程中存在连作障碍现象,而化感自毒作用是造成其连作障碍的关键因素之一.目前,化感物质种类的筛选和化感作用机理是植物生理生态研究的重点方向.本文通过搜索Web of Science数据库、提炼LetPub智库资源整理了人参属药用植物化感作用的文献,梳理和总结了化感物质种类及化感作用机制.人参属化感物质主要为酚酸类和皂苷类,剖析其作用机制主要是通过影响植物生长发育、影响细胞膜结构、功能及基因表达等方面,本研究提出在深入探究化感作用机制的同时,应关注人参植物与其他植物种间化感物质互惠作用,基于此互惠作用的人参栽培模式的优化,以及如何利用人参化感物质抑制病虫草害等未来发展方向.
Research Progress on the Types and Mechanism of Allelochemicals in Panax Medicinal Plant
There are continuous cropping obstacles in the cultivation process of Panax medicinal plants,and allelopathic self-toxicity is one of the key factors inducing the continuous cropping obstacles.At present,the screening of allelopathic species and the study of allelopathic mechanism are the main directions in plant physiological and ecological researches.In this saudy,by searching the Web of Science database,refining the resources of LetPub think tank,we analyzed the literatures referring to allelopathic effects of medicinal plants of the genus ginseng,and sorted out and summarized the types of allelopathic substances and the allelopathic mechanisms.The present study showed that the allelopathic substances of ginseng comprise mainly phenolic acids and saponins,which work on ginseng mainly by affecting plant growth and development,including affecting plant cell membrane structure and function and gene expression.With these findings,the present study proposes that while deeply exploring the mechanism of allelopathic action,attentions should be paid to the interspecific reciprocity beween ginseng and other plant species,the optimized ginseng cultivation mode based on this interspecific reciprocity,and the studies on depressing plant disease and pests by utilizing ginseng allelochemicals.
