Array Phase Compensation Cross-correlation Method For Laser Heterodyne Detection
Aiming at the technical problem of the wavefront mismatch between the local oscillator and signal light caused by rough targets,a coherent accumulation method based on sequence shifting and cross-correlation was proposed to detect weak heterodyne signals.Of this method,the output of the array signal was used to per-form cross-correlation calculation,and the spectrum amplitude of heterodyne signal was taken as the objective function,quickly and accurately estimate the best sequence offset and solve the phase adjustment,an experimen-tal system of array detector based on high-speed camera was built.Simulation analysis and experimental verifica-tion showed that the proposed method was more accurate to phase compensation when applied to active optical heterodyne detection,and signal processing time was improved to millisecond level.
