Fuze Radome Deformation Dynamic Test Method Based on Image Telemetry
In order to solve the problem that the traditional deformation test method is not suitable for the dy-namic test of fuze radome deformation in the harsh environment of high speed, high temperature and high over-load,a non-contact fuze radome deformation dynamic test method based on telemetry was proposed,in which the CMOS image sensor was installed inside the radome, the inner surface of the fuze radome during flight was taken online, the captured image was transmitted to the ground by wireless telemetry, and the deformation curve of the fuze radome was obtained through ground image analysis and feature solving.Among them, the key tech-nology of deformation calculation adopted the Hough circle detection method, which had the advantages of high accuracy and strong anti-interference ability. The experimental results showed that the proposed method could meet the requirements of dynamic test of radome and can measure the deformation generated during the flight of radome.
