Penetration Fuze Overload Equivalent Scaled Test Method
In the development process of penetration fuzes, due to the limitations of test conditions and test costs, scaled tests have become an important method for verifying the detonation control strategy of fuses and assessing their impact resistance performance. In response to the current situation that the equivalent scaling theory of fuzes is not yet perfect and cannot effectively guide the design of scaling tests, based on the principle of overload equivalence, combined with the equivalent model of typical missile guidance systems and penetration re-sistance models,a penetration fuze scaling method based on the missile guidance transfer function was proposed. The equivalent scaling method was validated using a 300 kg warhead as the prototype projectile and a 155 mm projectile as the scaled projectile.Through model optimization, the final fuze overload peak value difference was 4.9%,and the pulse width difference was 5.6%.The similarity between the scaled projectile and the prototype projectile's fuze overload was high, proving the effectiveness of the equivalent scaling method.
