Penetration Meter Layer Method Based on Magnetic Acceleration Signal
In the process of real-time data processing for penetrating the concrete layer, using the accelerometer alone results in significant signal noise and high separation difficulty. When using the magnetic sensor alone,it is susceptible to environmental interference.A method for processing the penetration layer by combining an ac-celerometer and a magnetic sensor was proposed:exploiting the phenomenon that the response time of the accel-erometer was faster than that of the magnetic sensor, using the accelerometer signal as a timing switch for the magnetic sensor signal.Based on the magnetic signal satisfying a preset threshold-pulse width information, the method determines whether the projectile's action was penetrating the reinforced concrete target layer and com-pletes the identification of the penetration layer process.By establishing a penetration model and analyzing the composition of overload information,a rigid body acceleration separation method was established.By comparing the changes in accelerometer and magnetic signals during the penetration process, the relationship between signal peaks and the position of the target plate was analyzed, which demonstrated the feasibility of the detection scheme.
