水下无人潜航器内部磁场有限元仿真建模及其分布特性

针对水下无人潜航器(UUV)磁场分布特性的研究需求,利用有限元仿真软件 COMSOL Multiphysics对 UUV的磁场分布进行建模和仿真.分析 UUV 内部磁场来源及分布情况;对比分析磁偶极子理论计算与COMSOL磁场建模仿真,探讨利用COMSOL软件模拟方法开展磁场建模的可行性;运用COMSOL仿真软件,构建UUV几何模型,求解分析UUV平台干扰磁场分布特性.建模和仿真结果表明,利用COMSOL仿真软件实现磁偶极子建模是正确可靠的,UUV平台中后部磁感应强度最强,艏艉处磁感应强度最小,约为 20 nT,为UUV平台的磁传感器安装位置和低磁性优化设计提供了依据.
UUV Internal Magnetic Field Modeling and Distribution Characteristics Based on Finite Element Simulation
In view of the demand for the magnetic field distribution characteristics of unmanned underwater ve-hicle(UUV),this paper used the finite element simulation software COMSOL Multiphysics to study the mag-netic field distribution of UUV for the first time.Firstly,the source and distribution of the internal magnetic field in UUV was analyzed;then,the magnetic dipole theoretical calculation and COMSOL magnetic field mod-eling simulation were compared and analyzed,and the reliability of magnetic filed modeling using COMSOL soft-ware simulation method was discussed;finally,the COMSOL simulation software was used to build a UUV ge-ometric modeling and analyze,the distribution characteristics of the interference magnetic field of the UUV plat-form.The modeling and simulation results showed that the magnetic dipole modeling using COMSOL was cor-rect and reliable;the magnetic induction intensity of the rear part of the UUV platform was the strongest;the magnetic induction intensity at the bow and stern is the minimum,about 20nT,which provided a basis for the installation position of magnetic sensor and low magnetic optimization design of UUV platform.
