直流电机驱动的运动可逆式引信隔爆机构

针对引信全寿命安全需要和现有可恢复隔离的隔爆机构相关技术存在的不足,提出直流电机驱动的运动可逆式引信隔爆机构.直流电机通过减速器与丝杆进行连接,传爆管通过丝杆上套筒完成直线运动,电机正转,传爆管完全伸出,隔爆机构处于待发状态;电机反转,传爆管缩回,隔爆机构处于安全状态.同时利用霍尔编码器实时反馈传爆管位置,确保机构的运行稳定.该机构可以实现引信在安全状态和待发状态之间相互切换,可实现引信延迟解除隔离,具有成本低、结构简单、空间利用率高等优点.
A Reversible Motion Fuze Flameproof Mechanism Driven by DC Motor
In view of the need of fuze life safety and the shortcomings of existing recoverable and isolated flame-proof mechanism related technology,of which the continuous movement of the slider cannot be restored to the ready state again,a motion reversible fuze flameproof mechanism driven by DC motor was proposed.The DC motor was connected with the lead screw through the reducer.The detonation tube moved in a straight line through the sleeve on the lead screw.The motor was turned forward,the detonation tube was completely ex-tended,and the flameproof mechanism was in the ready state;The motor was reversed,the detonation tube was retracted,and the flameproof mechanism was in a safe state.At the same time,Hall encoder was used to feed-back the location of detonation tube in real time to ensure the stable operation of the mechanism.The mechanism could realize the fuze switch between the safe state and the ready state and the fuze delay release isolation,had the advantages of low cost,simple structure,high utilization rate of space.
