针对传统伪码脉冲体制引信接收通道采用声表面波相关器和包络检波法提取回波信息的方式存在码型固定、丢失相位信息与现代伪码体制引信需要参数高速实时可配置、回波信号相干积累需求之间的矛盾,提出回波信号高速实时频率可配置宽带正交解调方法.该方法采用集成宽带可配置锁相环、正交解调器和滤波器对不同频率、不同码型的射频回波进行正交解调处理,将目标回波信号变换为固定低中频同相分量和正交分量,然后将两路信号送入数字信号处理器进行带通采样和后续处理.该方法既保留了回波信号幅度信息,也保留了回波信号相位信息,为后续数字相干积累、测距做预处理,可有效提高伪码引信的抗干扰能力,扩展近距探测能力.测试和试验结果证明,该方法可使引信的回波信噪比由原来的约16 dB提高到约33 dB,引信探测的最近距离减小了 30 m,探测精度优于1 m.
A High Speed Real Time Configurable Broadband Quadrature Demodulation Method for Pseudo-code Fuze
Aiming at the contradiction between the problems of the constant code type with losing of phase in-formation are existed in the receiving channel of traditional pseudo-code pulse fuze when extracting the informa-tion of target echoes by using surface wave correlator with envelope detection and the requirements of coherent integration of echo signals with high-speed real-time configurable parameters in modern pseudo-code system fuze,high speed real-time frequency configurable wideband quadrature demodulation method for echo signal was proposed.In this method,the integrated broadband configurable phase-locked loop,quadrature demodulator and filter were used to quadrature demodulate the radio frequency echoes of different frequencies and code types,transform the target echo signal into fixed IF in-phase component and quadrature component,and then send the two signals to the digital signal processor for band-pass sampling and subsequent processing.By using this method,the amplitude information and phase information of the echo signal were retained,which could be used to preprocess the subsequent digital coherent integration and ranging,and effectively improve the anti-interfer-ence ability of the pseudo-code fuze and expand the ability of short-range detection.The test and experiment re-sults showed that this method could improve the echo SNR of the fuze from about 16 dB to 33 dB;The nearest distance of fuze detection could be reduced 30 m,and the detection accuracy was better than 1 m.
