High-speed Rotating Projectile Fuze Full Link Environmental Information Test Method
Aiming at the problem of unclear information and response transmission laws in the trajectory envi-ronment of the projectile guidance mechanism, this paper established a testing method for the full link environ-mental information of high-speed rotating projectile fuze.By installing testing systems at the head and tail of the projectile,it could measure the full trajectory environment formed by the projectile-fuze-mechanism during launch and flight process.Gunfire tests showed that during the bore stage, the acceleration of the projectile is transmitted to the fuse body through threads, and the peak acceleration value increases by 16.45%.During the half constraint period at the muzzle, the radial acceleration of the fuze significantly increased comparing with the acceleration in the bore, increasing by 8.1 and 2.8 times respectively. The acceleration of the fuze mechanism was mainly composed of low-frequency components, containing a small amount of signal with a frequency of 262.5 Hz,with a period of about 4 ms.
