Large Explosive Ratio Detonation Sequence with High Overload Resistance
To fulfill the new requirements of high overload resistance,fast flight speed,safety and reliability of supersonic cruise missiles,a large detonation ratio detonation sequence with high overload resistance was pro-posed and designed,which composed of tube,booster tube,horizontal rotor and gasket.The rotating shaft of the horizontal rotor did not coincide with the elastic shaft,so that the detonator was dislocated from the electric detonator and the detonator,so that it was usually in an isolated state.After the launch,the insurance was re-leased under the action of centrifugal force,and the horizontal rotor started to move.After the rotor rotated at a certain angle,the detonator was aligned with the electric detonator,and the isolation was released to make it in a ready state.The shims in this series consist of a platform and a boss,which could act as a double buffer while protecting the horizontal rotor at the top and the booster at the bottom,with excellent resistance to high over-loads.In addition,the sequence was also characterized by a large detonation ratio.The increase in the explosive charge of the booster saves space for the warhead,increased the charge of the warhead,and enhanced the dam-age capability of the weapon.
