半穿甲弹引信自适应起爆方法

针对半穿甲弹引信采用固定延时起爆方式,炸点位置难以适应不同厚度目标,导致毁伤效果不佳的问题,提出一种半穿甲弹引信自适应起爆方法.该方法设计了一种用于引信自适应起爆的介质厚度识别开关,利用开关对不同厚度钢筋混凝土的闭合响应时间不同来区分目标厚度,结合控制起爆电路实现不同厚度目标自适应起爆.试验和仿真结果表明,该方法设计的介质厚度识别开关对于0.3~1.0 m的钢筋混凝土目标能够进行自适应起爆,炸点精度相比固定延时起爆方法有大幅提高.
A Medium Thickness Recognition Switch for Fuze Adaptive Initiation
Semi-armor-piercing projectile fuze using fixed delay detonation is difficult to adapt to different target thickness,a medium thickness recognition switch was designed to recognize the different switch closure response time of different reinforced concrete targets thickness,accordingly achieved different thickness adaptive initia-tion.Simulation results showed that the medium thickness recognition switch could carry out self-adaptive initia-tion for reinforced concrete targets ranging from 0.3 m to 1.0 m,and the blasting point accuracy was greatly improved compared with the fixed delay initiation method.
