Dual Environmental Forces Equivalent Method of Fuze Power Supply
In response to the problem of testing method that was not equivalent to actual working environment due to step-by-step testing of fuse power supply,the platform for achieving overload and speed synchronization was established,and an equivalent simulation testing method for the working environment of fuse power supply based on dual environmental forces was proposed.This method first used compressed air and the rotating table to generate power to test and simulate the power and speed of projectile flight.Then,by simulating projectile launch and damping generator,overload and centrifugal force were combined for loading.Finally,non-destruc-tive recovery of simulated projectiles was achieved through mechanical structure.The experimental results showed that compared with the traditional step-by-step testing method,the dual environmental force testing method utilized synchronization of overload and speed to improve testing accuracy and achieve basic equivalence with the working environment.
