基于数字射频存储平台的调频毫米波引信自动测试系统

针对调频毫米波引信测试启动性能过程中利用传统推板、拉距和滑弹试验存在交会速度低、测试效率不高且偏差较大的问题,提出基于数字射频存储平台构建调频毫米波引信自动测试系统替代传统测试手段完成引信电性能测试.该系统运用数字射频存储技术、自动控制技术和专用控制软件,实现调频毫米波引信电性能的自动化测试.实验结果表明,该系统能够在模拟引信真实交会速度下测试引信电性能,提高调频毫米波引信测试效率,减少试验过程中外部环境影响,提升调频毫米波引信的可靠性和工艺稳定性.
An Automatic Testing System for FM Millimeter Wave Fuze Based on DRFM Platform
Addressing the issues of low intersection speed,low testing efficiency,and significant deviation in the traditional push plate,draw length,and slide shell tests during the startup performance testing of FM milli-meter wave fuzes,this paper proposed the construction of an automatic testing system for FM millimeter wave fuzes based on the DRFM platform to replace the traditional testing methods for completing the electrical per-formance testing of the fuzes.The system utilized DRFM technology,automatic control technology,and spe-cialized control software to achieve automated testing of the electrical performance of FM millimeter wave fuzes.The experimental results showed that the system was capable of testing the electrical performance of the simula-ted fuze at its actual intersection speed,which improved the testing efficiency of the FM millimeter wave fuzes.It also reduced the impact of external environments during the testing process and enhanced the reliability and process stability of the FM millimeter wave fuzes.
