High-precision Rotational Speed Centrifuge Test System of Fuze Security Agencies
The high-precision rotational speed large centrifuge is a special equipment for the security agencies test of the fuze.In order to solve the problem that the high-precision rotational speed centrifuge with a diameter greater than 1m does not meet the existing test requirements during the overload test of the fuze security agen-cies,a design of a large centrifuge for the test of the fuze security agencies is proposed.Through the improved design of the centrifuge control system motor,support seat and rigid shaft,the strength,dynamic balance and shafting accuracy of the centrifuge are enhanced,and the modeling and simulation are carried out,the development of a large centrifuge for high-precision rotational speed fuze test was realized,and the test results showed that the design method was effective,and the accuracy and rate stability of the cen-trifuge rotation rate were improved from the current 10-3 to 10-4 orders of magnitude.
