为了获得电力机车从轮轨至牵引变流器的振动特性,开展了 HXD1 型电力机车从怀化至张家界线路运行的振动测试,并结合标准 GB/T 21563-2018 要求,从时域和频域角度分析了待车、匀速上坡和匀速行驶等工况的振动特征.研究结果表明:电力机车的振动冲击来源于轮轨冲击、车体冲击和接触器冲击,车下悬挂系统对轮轨冲击的减振效果良好;牵引变流器内部的功率模块主要受电容电磁振动影响,3 个方向振动有效值超出标准值,垂向冲击峰值超出标准值;换热器风机主要受安装基础影响,横向振动有效值超出标准值.实际线路的振动测试数据和分析结果可为后续开展车载设备的可靠性研究和结构优化设计提供数据支撑.
Vibration Test and Analysis of HXD1 Electric Locomotive
To obtain the vibration characteristics of the electric locomotive from wheel-rail to traction converter,a vibration test has been carried out on the HXD1 electric locomotive on the railway line Huaihua-Zhangjiajie and its vibration characteristics have been analyzed in the conditions of waiting,constant-speed climbing and constant-speed running from the time domain and frequency domain according to the requirements of the standard GB/T 21563-2018.The study result shows the following:the vibration impact on the electric locomotive comes from the wheel-rail impact,the carbody impact and the contactor impact and the lower suspension system has a good antivibration effect against the wheel-rail impact;the power module inside the traction converter is mainly affected by the electromagnetic vibration of the capacitor,the effective values of vibration in three directions exceed the standard value and the vertical impact peak value exceeds the standard value;the fan of heat exchanger is mainly affected by the installation foundation and the effective value of lateral vibration exceeds the standard value.The data of vibration test on actual railway lines and the analysis result may provide a data basis for subsequent reliability study and structural optimization design of the vehicle-borne equipment.
