Simulation Study on the Structural Strength of the New Type of Pantograph for Urban Rail Vehicles
In response to the high strength requirement and the susceptibility to strength damage of pantographs for urban rail vehicles,this article takes a certain model of single-arm double-contact strip pantograph for urban rail vehicle as the object of study,draws a schematic diagram of the pantograph structure,analyzes its structural characteristics and establishes a detailed three-dimensional model.A discrete finite element simulation model for pantograph is established to simulate,calculate and analyze the static strength and the inherent characteristics of the pantograph structure under specific working conditions.The fatigue characteristics of the main evaluating points are analyzed and evaluated based on Goodman fatigue limit diagram to get the conclusion and the optimization scheme,providing a theoretical basis for subsequent study on structural optimization of pantograph.
