This article introduces the structure,the performance and the whole valve test result of 104 L air distribution valve.The installation interface and the performance of 104 L air distribution valve are consistent with those of 104 air distribution valve,while its main control mechanism(acting part)is in plunger structure to replace the slide valve structure of the original 104 valve.The test result shows that 104 L air distribution valve can fit the service environment of railway passenger cars in China and that its repair cycle can reach the target of A3 repair(1,200,000 km).
