Analysis and Logic Optimization of the Car Door Closing Fault of CRH2A EMU
The stability and reliability of car door opening and closing is an important index of the safe operation of the EMU.This article analyzes the action principle of the car doors of CRH2 A EMU,summarizes the main causes of car door closing fault including the low total air pressure,the excessive tightness of the adjusting screw and the stuck anti-wear element of the driving mechanism and proposes targeted preventive and control measures according to the above-mentioned causes of fault to reduce the fault rate of car doors.In addition,it turns out from the test and the data analysis that the signal acquisition related to closing time,closing icon and closed status of car door is not reasonable and hides some safety hazards,therefore the article proposes a logic optimization solution to further guarantee the safe operation of the EMU.
