Study on Optimization of the Fatigue Life of Traction Rod Rubber Joint for Intercity EMU
This article aims at the fatigue failure of a certain type of traction rod rubber joint occurring during the operation of vehicles,and based on the track analysis of intercity EMU and combined with finite element simulation and fatigue test,redefines the composite fatigue test conditions and proposes a product optimization solution.In the premise of satisfying all technical requirements,the optimized product can effectively improve the fatigue resistance of rubber in the area of stress concentration,postpone the cracks on the surface of rubber and increase the fatigue life so as to meet the needs of use of intercity EMU.
