关于17型车钩支撑座卡滞故障的分析研究

随着 70 t级铁路货车的大量投入使用,17 型车钩支撑座卡滞造成互钩差超限时有发生,造成停车检查、维修,影响了列车开行,降低了运输效率,文章以 C70 型通用敞车车钩支撑座卡滞为重点,通过现场调研、站修调研等方式对支撑座卡滞原因进行分析,并提出了相关的实用性措施.
Analysis and Study on the Jamming Fault of Support Seat of Type 17 Coupler
As the 70 t railway freight cars are put into service in large quantity,the jamming of support seat of type 17 coupler makes the height difference between coupler heads out of tolerance from time to time,which causes train stopping for inspection and repair so as to disturb the train operation and reduce the efficiency of transportation.This article introduces the jamming fault of the coupler support seat of C70 general gondola car,analyzes the causes of jamming of the support seat by means of on-site investigation and station repair investigation and proposes relevant practical measures.
