系统介绍了高速动车组停放制动设计的功能要求、系统组成、控制原理、既有停放制动状态监控及显示方案;针对高速动车组运行中停放制动意外施加的问题,进行了仿真分析,提出了一种停放制动状态冗余监控优化方案,并重点阐述了基于单车停放制动冗余监控和单元内"伙伴车"停放制动冗余监控的停放制动状态监测、故障诊断及显示的实施方案.该方案可有效解决因压力传感器、停放制动监控单元或通信故障导致的误报、漏报停放制动意外施加故障.
Study on the Design of Redundant Monitoring Scheme for Parking Brake Status of High-speed EMUs
This paper systematically introduces the functional requirements,system composition and control principle of high-speed EMU parking brake design,as well as the existing parking brake status monitoring and display scheme;Aiming at the problem of accidental application of parking brake in the operation of high-speed EMUs,this paper carries out simulation analysis,puts forward an optimization scheme of redundant monitoring and control of parking brake status,and highlights the implementation scheme of parking brake status monitoring,fault diagnosis and display based on single-car parking brake redundancy monitoring and"partner car"parking brake redundancy monitoring within the unit.This scheme can effectively solve the false alarms and omissions caused by the failure of pressure sensors,parking brake monitoring unit or communication faults in the accidental application of parking brake faults.
