自限温电伴热座椅在轨道车辆上的应用研究

温州S2线市域动车组采用带有电伴热装置的不锈钢材质座椅,满足乘客夏季清凉、冬季温暖的舒适性要求.文章分析了座椅面温度设定依据,并进行了安全性设计.最后对不同功率配置的座椅进行了温升试验,结果显示,采用26 W/m自限温电伴热带的功率配置,在座椅达到热平衡后,乘客落坐时体感适中,长时间持续乘坐也不会有明显的发热感,表明温州S2线市域动车组座椅加热方案和温度的设定既安全合理,又满足乘坐舒适性要求.
Research on the Application of Self-limiting Electric Heating Seats in Railway Vehicles
Wenzhou's Line S2 urban EMUs adopt stainless steel seats with electric heating device,which meets the passenger's comfort requirements of coolness in summer and warmth in winter.The article analyzes the basis for setting the surface temperature of the seat,and carries out the safety design.Finally,the temperature rise test was carried out on seats with different power configurations.The results show that the power configuration of 26 W/m self-limiting electric heating tape,after the seat reaches the thermal balance,makes the passengers feel moderate when they sit down,and there will not be any obvious heating sensation when they continue to sit for a long time.This shows that Wenzhou's Line S2 urban EMU seat heating scheme and temperature setting is both safe and reasonable,and also to meet the requirements of ride comfort.
