摘要

详细阐述了大功率氢燃料电池混合动力机车各系统组成部件.该型机车采用平台化设计,可以实现不同功率机车的转换,缩短设计周期;机车动力系统采用氢燃料电池与动力蓄电池组的混合动力方式供电,并能对制动能量进行回收利用,可实现机车的绿色节能运行,满足环保要求;通过相关试验,验证了机车的启动、运行、停车、保护、故障安全导向等功能完全满足相关标准要求,动力系统满足机车运用工况、环境要求.

Abstract

This paper describes in detail the components of each system of high-power hydrogen fuel cell hybrid locomotive.This type of locomotive adopts platform design,which can realize the conversion of different power locomotives and shorten the design cycle;the locomotive power system adopts the hybrid power supply of hydrogen fuel cell and power storage battery pack,and can recycle the braking energy,which can realize the green and energy-saving operation of the locomotive and meet the requirements of the environmental protection;Through relevant tests,it is verified that the functions of the locomotive such as starting,running,stopping,protection,fault safety guidance,etc.fully meet the requirements of the relevant standards,and the power system meets the requirements of the locomotive's working conditions and environment.
