在城市轨道交通制动系统制动盘技术条件中,试验台转速与通风条件与 日常运行线路条件有所不同,根据技术条件的规定,制定了一种近似的换热系数计算方法,在有限元软件中分别进行不同材质的制动盘热容量的计算,该方法计算所得的温度与台架试验得到的结果差异较小,具有一定的实用性.
Exploration of an Approximate Calculation Method of Brake Disc Thermal Capacity
In the technical conditions of brake disc of urban rail transit braking system,the rotational speed and ventilation conditions of the test bench are different from the conditions of daily running lines.According to the provisions of the technical conditions,an approximate method of calculating heat transfer coefficient is developed,and the calculation of the thermal capacity of brake discs made of different materials is carried out respectively in finite element software,and the difference between the temperatures obtained by the calculation method and the results obtained from bench tests is relatively small,which is of some practicality.
