管接头在转向架基础制动系统中的应用较为广泛,按密封型式的不同主要分为卡套式和压紧式.管路设计中预先选定接头型式,由于接头内部结构的不同,对管路走向、紧固方式、应用维护、管径及长度尺寸等均有影响.文章通过多个管路常见问题和设计案例分析两种接头在使用中的优缺点,给出具体优化方案,避免运用中出现漏气、接头脱落等现象,降低维护成本,最大限度地服务整个寿命周期.
Analysis of the Influence of Pipe Joint Type on the Design of Bogie Pipeline
Pipe joints are widely used in the bogie foundation braking system,which are mainly categorized into ferrule type and compression type according to the different sealing types.The pre-selected type of joints in the piping design,due to the different internal structure of the joints,have an impact on the piping direction,fastening method,application and maintenance,pipe diameter and length dimensions.The article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two types of joints in use through several common piping problems and design cases,and gives specific optimization solutions to avoid the phenomena of air leakage and joint dislodgement in the application,reduce maintenance costs as well as maximize the service throughout the life cycle.
