摘要

为研究浓硫酸铁路罐车运用中罐体腐蚀超限的问题,对浓硫酸铁路罐车的罐体腐蚀情况进行了调研,对比分析了几种耐腐蚀措施,确定采用增加碳钢材质罐体壁厚的方式提高罐体的耐腐蚀性.在对罐体进行静强度分析的基础上,对南方用户和北方用户使用一段时间后的罐体壁厚进行实际测量,得出了罐体的腐蚀裕量,进而确定了浓硫酸铁路罐车满足全寿命周期使用要求的罐体壁厚.

Abstract

In order to study the excessive corrosion of tanks in concentrated sulfuric acid railway tankers,this paper investigates the corrosion situation of the tank body of concentrated sulfuric acid tankers,compares and analyzes several corrosion-resistant measures,and determines that the corrosion-resistant property of the tank body should be improved by increasing the wall thickness of the tank body made of carbon steel.On the basis of static strength analysis of the tank,the actual wall thickness of the tank after a period of time for southern and northern users were measured,and the corrosion margin of the tank was derived,and then the wall thickness of the concentrated sulfuric acid tankers to meet the requirements of the whole life cycle use was determined.
