Adaptability Analysis of Bottom Door Opening and Closing Mechanism of Existing Railway Hopper Cars
Bottom door opening and closing mechanism is the key component of railway hopper cars,its stability,reliability and unloading speed and other key technical and performance indicators will directly affect the vehicle unloading efficiency,transportation capacity and transportation safety.In order to have a deeper understanding of the performance of the bottom door opening and closing mechanism,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of opening and closing mechanisms from the aspects of structure,principle and performance characteristics by classifying the type of the bottom door opening and closing mechanism of existing railway hopper cars,and carries out a study on the adaptability of each type of bottom door opening and closing mechanism.
