Design of Double-layer Vibration Isolation Parameters for Power Pack of DMU
This paper proposes a design for the double-layer vibration isolation parameters of a DMU power pack operating at full speed(1 100~1 800 r/min),which were validated by the whole-vehicle test.Calculation results show that:the vibration intensity of the pack increases with an increase in the dynamic stiffness of the vibration isolator. The vibration isolator level I has a greater impact on the vibration intensity of the pack than level Ⅱ,and the vibration intensity decreases with the increase in damping ratio. The dynamic reaction at force-bearing points increases with the increment in dynamic stiffness and damping ratio of the vibration isolator. With this design, the vibration intensity of the pack under all speeds is less than 28 mm/s,surpassing that of class B,and the total vertical dynamic reaction of the pack on the car body is less than 100 N.When operating at 40 km/h,the comfort level is higher than level 2 according to the standard UIC 513:1994,which is rated as comfortable, indicating that the design is feasible.
