针对高速动车组电动刮雨器的应用环境及特点,基于产品设计需求,研制了一种电动刮雨器系统.通过对驱动系统、执行系统、控制系统及洗涤系统等进行深入研究,优化产品结构及性能,解决刮雨器产品惯性质量问题,打造新一代高速动车组电动刮雨器技术平台.最后对刮雨器进行了强度仿真计算和相关试验,结果表明刮雨器系统结构强度和电气性能满足设计要求.
According to the application environment and characteristics of the electrical wiper for high-speed EMU and based on the need for product design,an electrical wiper system has been developed.This article studies in depth the drive system,the execution system,the control system and the cleaning system,optimizes the structure and performance of the product,solves the inertial quality problem of wiper products and creates a technical platform for a new generation of electrical wipers for high-speed EMU.Finally,it describes the strength simulation calculation and relevant tests of the wiper,and the results show that the structural strength and the electric performance of the wiper system meet the design requirements.
