100 t热轧卷板专用平板车的研制

文章通过对国内既有载重100 t类似车型主要参数的分析,提出了研制100 t热轧卷板专用平板车的主要性能参数和基本尺寸,在主要性能参数确定后对组成车辆的主要结构如底架、卷板支架、制动装置、车钩缓冲装置、转向架等结构形式进行了确定.该车车体钢结构的主要型钢和板材采用Q450NQR1高强度耐候钢,转向架中的摇枕和侧架采用B+级铸钢,有效减轻了车辆自重,提高了强度和使用寿命;在车钩缓冲装置结构中,设置了具有防撞击功能的车钩及钩提杆防护装置;转向架采用直径915 mm的车轮,有效地降低了轮轨接触应力及轮轨磨耗,空车心盘面高度定为680 mm左右,解决了传统100 t级专用平车为达到车钩高度880 mm的要求,将车体中梁的牵引梁部分做成结构复杂的刀把梁,简化了中梁生产工艺,提高了产品质量.文章最后介绍了该车的考核标准及相关计算.
Development of Flat Car for 100-ton Hot-rolled Coils
This article analyzes the parameters of existing similar car models in China,proposes the main performance parameters of the flat car for 100-ton hot-rolled coils and determines the main structure of the carbody accordingly,including underframe,coil support,brake unit,coupler&draft gear and bogie.When determining the parameters of the bogie,the wheels with a diameter of 915 mm are used to effectively reduce the wheel-rail contact stress and the wheel-rail wear.The upper face of center plate of empty car is fixed at 680mm approximately to solve the problem of the conventional 100-ton flat car,i.e.making a lowered draft sill with complicated structure for the center sill to reach the required coupler height of 880 mm,simplifying the production process of the center sill and improving the product quality.This article finally introduces the evaluation standard and relevant calculation of the car.
