This article describes the objective of development,the content of study,the main technical parameters,the main structure,the simulating calculation and testing of the bogie for an exported 100-ton railway crane.The test result shows that the static strength of the bogie frame complies with the requirements of GB/T 3811-2008 Design rules for cranes and that the tested stress values are all inferior to the allowable stresses in corresponding cases.The bogie is able to negotiate curves with a radius of 70 m and no interference with parts and components of the bogie is detected.The 100-ton telescopic railway crane equipped with this bogie has been in operation for nearly six years.The vehicle is in good working condition,with even wear on the brake shoes and no adverse phenomena and has received high praise from users.
