Checking Analysis of Wheel-axle Mechanism for Autonomous Rail Carrying Platform
The track autonomous carrying platform can independently perform inspection tasks such as cracks and deformation,rail drop,and fastener loss in subway tunnels by carrying different types of sensing equipment such as laser and vision.Due to the large number of sensors that can be carried,the amount of data acquisition and processing data is large,which puts forward higher requirements for the quality and load capacity of the carrying platform.As a key part of the running gear of the carrier platform,the reliable application of the axle mechanism directly affects the safety of the inspection operation and the stability of the equipment.Therefore,in view of the maximum torque transmission reliability of the axle mechanism,whether the structural strength of the fixed parts of the traction motor meets the requirements under the emergency braking condition,and the maximum allowable stress of the axle,the pressure check calculation of the output shaft of the traction motor and the flange of the axle,the strength check calculation of the fixed connecting rod of the traction motor under the limit condition and the maximum bearing force analysis and check calculation of the axle are carried out respectively to ensure the structural strength and reliability of the axle mechanism and support the safe application of the track autonomous carrying platform.
