基于三角直觉模糊故障树的动车组空调系统可靠性分析

针对动车组空调系统故障数据不确定性中存在一定的犹豫因素导致系统中各部件之间逻辑关系模糊的问题,提出了一种基于三角直觉模糊故障树的分析方法.在对CRH5型动车组空调系统的故障数据进行统计、结合多位专家经验的基础上,利用三角模糊数直觉模糊集的多目标决策方法对专家评估的底事件模糊概率进行了修正;其次以T-S模糊门代替传统逻辑门描述事件之间的联系,体现系统故障机制和事件联系的模糊性,建立了空调系统T-S模糊故障树模型;最后基于三角直觉模糊故障树计算了动车组空调系统可靠性指标.经过分析和验证,研究结果表明,该方法可以更好地反映复杂系统各部件逻辑关系的模糊性,从而结合T-S故障树能更有效地表征空调系统的多态性,可为动车组空调系统的检修提供参考.
Reliability Analysis of Air Conditioning System of Multiple Unit Based on Triangular Intuitionistic Fuzzy Fault Tree
An analysis method based on triangular intuitionistic fuzzy fault tree is proposed to address the problem of fuzzy logical relationships between various components in the air conditioning system of multiple unit due to certain hesitation factors in the uncertainty of fault data.Based on the statistics of the fault data of the air conditioning system of CRH5 EMU and the experience of multiple experts,a multi-objective decision-making method based on the intuitionistic fuzzy set of triangular fuzzy numbers is used to correct the fuzzy probability of the bottom event evaluated by experts.Secondly,the T-S fuzzy gates are used instead of conventional logic gates to describe the connections between events,reflecting the fuzziness of the system fault mechanisms and the event connections,and a T-S fuzzy fault tree model for air conditioning system is built.Finally,the reliability index of the air conditioning system of multiple unit is calculated based on the triangular intuitionistic fuzzy fault tree.Through analysis and verification,the study result shows that this method can better reflect the fuzziness of the logic relationships between components of a complex system so as to more effectively represent the polymorphism of the air conditioning system with the T-S fault tree,providing a reference for the maintenance of the air conditioning system of multiple unit.
