考虑研磨子作用的地铁车辆车轮磨耗研究

为了研究研磨子对车轮磨耗的影响,对国内某些地铁线路安装研磨子和未安装研磨子的列车车轮磨耗进行了跟踪测试.结果表明,不管是否使用研磨子,随着车辆运行里程的增加,踏面磨耗均呈线性增长,研磨子的作用不会改变踏面磨耗呈线性增长的规律.在未使用研磨子的情况下,车轮踏面横向磨耗呈非均匀磨耗状态,且出现凹坑磨耗,车轮等效锥度随着车辆运行里程的增加而增大;在使用研磨子的情况下,车轮横向磨耗均匀,未见凹坑磨耗,且随车辆运行里程的增加,等效锥度基本保持不变.使用研磨子的轮缘磨耗低于未使用研磨子的车轮轮缘磨耗,轮缘磨耗降低约16.4%.
Study on Wheel Wear of Metro Cars Considering the Role of Abrasive Block
To study the impact of abrasive block on the wheel wear,the follow-up tests of wheel wear have been performed on the trains with and without abrasive blocks for some metro lines in China.The test results show that whether or not using the abrasive block,along with the increase of distance travelled of the car,the tread wear presents a linear increase,so the abrasive block won't change the law of linear increase of the tread wear.Without abrasive block,the lateral wear of wheel tread presents a non-uniform wear state with presence of pit wear and the equivalent taper of wheel increases with the increase of the distance travelled;with abrasive block,the lateral wear of wheel is uniform without pit wear and the equivalent taper basically keeps unchanged with the increase of the distance travelled.The wear of the flange with abrasive block is lower than that without abrasive block,with a reduction of about 16.4%.
