城市轨道交通粉末冶金铝基复合材料制动盘研究进展

随着城市轨道交通的发展,轻量化需求日益迫切.作为制动系统关键部件的轻量化应用,铝基制动盘已在国内多处应用.采用粉末冶金工艺制备铝基制动盘不仅在性能、成本、批量化生产方面具备诸多优势,且实际使用效果与经济效益显著.基于此,文章详细介绍了粉末冶金法制备铝基制动盘的原材料、制备工艺及机加工技术对材料性能和显微组织的影响,综述了近年来国内粉末冶金铝基制动盘在实际装车应用中的主要进展,总结分析了铝基制动盘的摩擦磨损、耐腐蚀、耐高温、经济性等性能与装车应用效果,最后展望了粉末冶金铝基制动盘在更高速度等级城市轨道交通车辆的应用前景.轻量化设计实现的节能减排效益对城市轨道交通的可持续发展具有重要意义,推动了现代城市交通系统的技术进步和绿色发展.
Progress of Study on Powder Metallurgical Aluminum-based Composite Brake Disc for Urban Rail Transit
Along with the development of the urban rail transit,the demand for lightweight becomes increasingly urgent.As a lightweight application of the key component of brake system,the aluminum-based brake discs have been widely used in China.The aluminum-based brake discs made by powder metallurgical process have not only many advantages in terms of performance,cost and batch production,but also actual effect of utilization and obvious economic benefit.On this basis,the article introduces in details the influence of the raw material,the manufacture process and the machining technology on the performance and the microscopic structure of the material of the aluminum-based brake discs made by powder metallurgical method,overviews the main progress of the actual application on car of such brake discs in China in recent years,summarizes and analyzes the properties such as friction and wear,resistance to corrosion,resistance to high temperature and economical efficiency of the aluminum-based brake discs and their effect of application on car,and finally predict the application prospect of the powder metallurgical aluminum-based brake discs in urban rail vehicles at higher speed level.The energy-saving and emission reduction benefits achieved through lightweight design are of great significance for the sustainable development of the urban rail transit,promoting the technological progress and the green development of the modern urban transportation systems.
