城轨快线电动车组车顶高压电气装置配置的研究

根据《重庆市主城区轨道交通规划(2019-2035年)》,重庆将建设6条城轨快线.当前,城轨快线的27号线和15号线正在加紧建设中.重庆市城轨快线交通系统将采用新型25 kV单相交流电动车组,其车顶高压电气装置配置是新的课题.为了使车顶高压电气装置配置达到最佳,提出了城轨快线电动车组车顶高压电气装置配置的4种方案.文章对4种配置方案的优缺点进行了详细的分析和研究.配置方案4与前3个配置方案比较,在受流性能(燃弧率)、车辆故障动车组自救能力、动车组编组和解编自由度、电弧噪声、受电弓滑板寿命以及车顶主要高压部件抗污染能力等方面均最好.虽然电动车组增加了两架受电弓,但是减少了2台隔离开关、53 m长的高压电缆、4个高压电缆终端、两套跳线,从经济角度考量,也具有较高性价比.
Research on the Configuration of UHV Electrical Devices on the Roof of EMUs of Urban Rail Express Line
According to the"Chongqing Urban Rail Transit Plan(2019-2035)",six urban rail express lines will be constructed in Chongqing.Currently,the construction of Line 27 and Line 15 of the urban rail express line is being accelerated.The Chongqing urban rail transit system will adopt a new 25 kV single-phase AC electric multiple unit,and the configuration of its high-voltage electrical equipment on the roof is a new issue.In order to achieve the optimal configuration of high-voltage electrical devices on the roof of urban rail express electric multiple units,four schemes for the configuration of high-voltage electrical devices on the roof have been proposed.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of the four schemes are analyzed and researched in detail.Compared with the first three configuration schemes,configuration scheme 4 is the best in terms of current collection performance(arc rate),self-rescue ability of the high-speed train in case of vehicle failure,freedom of grouping and uncoupling of the high-speed train,arc noise,service life of the pantograph sliding plate,and anti pollution ability of the main high-voltage components on the roof.Although two pantographs have been added to the electric multiple unit,it is cost-effective to reduce two isolation switches,53 m long high-voltage cables,four high-voltage cable terminals,and two sets of jumpers.
