开展铁路货车碳排放核算是中车铁路货车企业响应国家"30·60"碳达峰碳中和发展战略,助力中国中车"35·50"碳中和目标实现的重要环节.这有助于深入了解铁路货车碳排放情况,为其碳排放管理和决策提供数据支撑,以便采取更加合理的碳减排方法和措施.文章首先根据铁路货车产品特点,确定了其碳足迹核算边界包括原料获取、生产制造、运营管理和报废回收4个阶段;然后在分析了各阶段碳核算内容的基础上,将铁路货车碳排放类型分为物料碳、能源碳和过程碳,并对这3种碳排放类型的计算方法和数据质量要求进行了详细的阐述;最后以X70型集装箱专用平车为例进行了铁路货车的碳排放核算和结果分析.研究表明:典型铁路货车产品如X70型集装箱专用平车,在其全生命周期内的碳排放总量为72 636.5 kgCO2e,主材中的钢材、辅材中的水性漆以及能源中的电力是其最主要的3种碳排放来源,起到碳排放控制性作用,原料获取是4个阶段中碳排放量最大的阶段,起到碳排放决定性作用.
Discussion on the Calculation Method for Carbon Emission of Railway Wagons in the Context of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality
The calculation of carbon emission for railway wagons is an important step of CRRC railway wagon enterprises to respond to the development strategy of"30·60"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality of the state and help to achieve the goal of"35·50"carbon neutrality of CRRC.It allows to understand in depth the carbon emission situation of railway wagons,provide data support for carbon emission management and decision-making so as to take more reasonable methods and measures for reducing carbon emission.The article firstly determines the calculation boundary of carbon footprint which includes four stages of raw material acquisition,production and manufacturing,operation management,scraping and recovery according to the characteristics of railway wagon products;secondly,on the basis of analyzing the carbon calculation content of each stage,it classifies the carbon emissions of railway wagons in three types:carbon emission of material,carbon emission of energy and carbon emission of process and elaborates in details the calculation method and the data quality requirement for these three types of carbon emission;finally,it takes the X70 flat car for containers for example to make calculation of carbon emission of railway wagons and analysis of results.The study shows:a typical railway wagon product such as X70 flat car for containers emits totally 72 636.5 kgCO2e in its life cycle;the steels in main materials,the water paint in auxiliary materials and the electricity in energies are the most important sources of carbon emission and thus play a controlling role in carbon emission;the raw material acquisition is the stage where the most CO2 is emitted among the 4 stages and play a decisive role in carbon emission.
